AO - Hi Paige. Thank you for the kind words. I don’t know that I can recommend any particular school because there are so many great ones. Many good photographers who I have looked up to have gone to the Art Institute. I studied sociology and found a love for photography later in life so other then a few basic courses I am pretty much self taught. My inspiration comes from things I love like people for instance. Most of the time I take my camera with me everywhere I go. I usually will even carry it in my hand so that i’m always ready for that perfect moment. Whether it’s a homeless person on the street, a beautiful couple passing, or an old torn newspaper lying on the ground I am always ready. I practice as much as possible on things that only matter to me and then when I find a process that I love, I will use it on my client photos. Like many will say, practice makes perfect, and that’s why I continually practice all the time.
